Interior - Technolgy 3D views

This short video utilizes amazing technology to scan the Jabez Searle addition that was added to the house sometime after 1725. This 3D capture was done using an iPhone and special software that employs LiDAR technology and computer vision to construct high-fidelity models. Take a virtual fly through a room built around 1690 and soon to be the new entrance to The Tilden House.
This video was shot using LiDAR technology to examine the basement of the Tilden. The wooden posts in the center of the floor are cedar trees that were commonly used as supporting lally columns in many early New England wood frame houses.
