David & Abigail Tilden's House

Into the wilds of Dorchester in 1725. They built a modest house in what would become Canton. Today, almost three hundred years later, we protect and preserve the legacy of our earliest settlers. The Canton Historical Society has undertaken a twenty-five year lease to transform and preserve this house into a living history center.
